TMvision, one of the most iconic functions of TM AI Cobot, is now becoming more flexible to deploy. If you have requirements to set up pure visual working areas in the factory or require multiple cameras in a single visual working area, TM AI+ AOI Edge will be the best solution for you to optimize implementation costs while fulfilling your visual function needs.
TM AI+ AOI Edge software can be installed on the IPC located at a certain workstation. By connecting the camera with the IPC, the user can operate TMvision functions on the IPC and control the camera to execute vision tasks including object identification, image enhancement, measuring and etc.

TM AI+ AOI Edge can also be used with TM AI+ Training Server, an add-on function
for when the cameras are connected, images will be uploaded to TM AI+ Training Server to generate AI models.
After that, cameras can perform more complicated vision tasks based on the AI model.
When multiple cameras are connected, the user can log on to TMflow Client and obtain information from all cameras within the same area network.
Including real-time status, work order information, working progress, and even the controls of the camera.
