Collaboration Achievements and Industrial Impact
- Turnkey Solutions: SMC’s electric vacuum gripper has become the designated standard for Techman’s Instant Palletizer, enabling manufacturers to adopt palletizing automation faster, easier, and with reduced implementation barriers.
- Large-Scale Factory Deployment: From 2022 to 2024, SMC’s processing plant deployed over 30 Techman Robots, with an additional 40 units ordered in 2025, bringing the total to around 70 units. This success not only demonstrates the strength of Techman’s AI-powered cobots in boosting productivity and flexibility, but also highlights SMC’s expertise in automation technology and production line integration.
