When you encounter a downtime event or error that you cannot resolve on your own, please provide the following details along with log files. This will help Techman Robot fully understand the situation and address it faster.
- Recording of liquid crystal display module (LCM). Record the LCM from the power-on. Then use the M/A button to scroll through the pages on the LCM and record all the displayed information.
- Error screen: If the LCM cannot be accessed for any reason, take photos or record videos of what it shows. (You might see a blue, green, black, or white screen.)
- IO module indicator: Report the indicator’s color and whether it is blinking.
- Stick status: Report whether there is a continuous beep.
- Project and setup: Report what the project is about, how is everything set up, what extra devices are being used, and provide any relevant videos and photos.
