So we need to define <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">linear speed<\/span> and <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">rotational speed<\/span> to tell the robot to move. Then, why <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">rotational speed<\/span> does not exist before?
