The HPS-FT080 series is a high-performance digital six-axis force sensor capable of precise measurement of forces and moments along the three spatial coordinate axes (X, Y, Z). Its strain body structure offers exceptional overload resistance and durability, supporting multiple times its rated safety overload during operation.
Benefiting from specially engineered substrate strain gauges, the HPS-FT080 series achieves enhanced thermal drift and creep performance. The integrated temperature compensation algorithm, combined with self-compensating strain gauges, significantly reduces temperature-induced drift. This product enables high-accuracy real-time measurement of six force components (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, and Mz), while its proprietary internal compensation algorithms ensure superior measurement linearity and minimal inter-axis crosstalk.
