To prevent the End Module IO expansion port from the damage caused by improper uses, please pay attention to the following:
1.After connecting the external device connectors to the IO expansion ports at the end, during the project operations, the junctions may be pulled or pushed with other objects during project operations, which damage the wire or the IO hole. Users can adopt cables with bent ends to reduce the risk of damage without correcting the project or the robot pose.
2.When installing or removing an external device, do not apply excessive force; otherwise, it may cause damage to the connector or expansion hole. If it jammed during the process and it’s not easy to install or remove, please ensure no foreign matter gets between the connector and the expansion hole. If there is no way to rule out the situation, contact qualified and authorized service personnel.
