Precautions on Using the Expansion IO Port of the End Module IO

Examples are valid for:
TMflow Software version: All.
TM Robot Hardware version: All.
Other specific requirements: None
Note that older or newer software versions may have different results.

To avoid damage caused by the improper use of the End Module’s IO expansion port, please observe the following precautions:

1.When an external device is connected to the End Module’s IO expansion port, the connection point may be hit or pulled by an object during project execution, which can cause damage to the cables or the IO port. If the project or the robot’s posture cannot be adjusted, you may use a bent connector cable to reduce the risk of damage.

2.When installing or removing an external device, do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the connector or the expansion port. If the connector is stuck, or if it is difficult to install or remove, check whether there are any foreign objects between the connector and expansion port. If any of these issues persists, please contact a qualified authorized technician.
